La Tasquita de Min is a specialist seafood restaurant not far from the Muelle. It's open until 10:30pm. We arrived around 9pm so it was getting quiet.
We didn't have to wait long for a menu but then the waiter hovered over us until we'd ordered making us feel very rushed. I wasn't too hungry so just had a tapas of mussels and husband ordered a Dorada (the fish not the beer!).
I was very disappointed with the mussels. They were over cooked, quite rubbery and rather expensive as there was only four for 4.50€. Husband loved his fish however. Perfectly cooked. He wasn't asked what he would like to accompany his fish and to be charged 4.50€ for papas arrugadas, we felt was rather a cheek.
By this time there was just us and one other table left but still three waiters, so we were getting rather annoyed at being ignored by the staff. They seemed to disappear into the kitchen! It took ages to get our bill and then another age to pay!
The fish was beautiful but we won't rush to go back.
