TF-31 Carretera Este Progress
We took at closer look at the progress being made on the TF-31 Carretera Este. Traffic has been a bit of a nightmare in town whilst the tunnel has been closed. One lane is now open (you can exit Puerto but not get into town). Compare the progress to our video from 27th February.
