An amazing experience in puerto de la Cruz, every Thursday evening at cafe de Paris

Caberet and burlesque dancing and live music with a 5 course meal with different wines and Cava served in a beautiful Moulin Rouge setting .

01. SENSUALITY
Provolone ravioli filled with grapes marinated in red wine and shredded pork knuckle.
02. DECADENCE
Gently marinated salmon tartar topped with its roe on truffled celery cream.
03. ELEGANCE
Low-temperature roast beef covered in red fruit sauce, pont neuf potatoes and caramelized cauliflower puree.
04. PICARDY
Rogue banana cheese, peanut and salted caramel ice cream and spicy chocolate foam
05. REVOLUTION
Glass of rosé Cava and Mignardises.

The food was presented very nicely and the atmosphere was really great, although being a 5 course meal the portions were very small and I must say I was a little hungry at the end of the night.

Overall though it was a fabulous night out!
