Indian Curry Review

Not in Puerto de la Cruz, but close by in the small town of Santa Ursula is the popular Indian Curry restaurant, highly recommended by the local people that live here!

A really nicely decorated place, with both indoor and outdoor seating, and easy parking just across the street in the public parking area.

Paul is the owner, and along with his super friendly and very efficient staff, they serve up authentic Indian food.  They will customize any of their dishes to your taste, whether you like it mild or extra spicy – you just need to ask.

Paul also told us that they cook with fresh and authentic Ingredients using original Indian spices and fresh local produce to ensure maximum authenticity in every dish.

All our food was served piping hot and very well presented.  To start with we had a small selection comprising onion bhajis, vegetable samosas and poppadum’s with three different sources.   Following on from that we had various curries (Tikka Masala, korma and bhuna) with pilau rice and both garlic and peshwari naans, all very tasty and consumed with great enthusiasm by us all.

Full menus  are available on their website in English, Spanish and German by clicking the links below.

Very reasonably priced, with nothing at all being too much trouble for Paul and his team.  Take away service also available.

Open Tuesdays to Sundays (closed on Mondays)  from 13.30 until 17.00 and 19.00 until 22.00
