Azembora Tenerife Festival is a dance and cultural festival built around Kizomba, Semba, Tarraxinha and other African-rooted rhythms. The event combines technical training and social dancing with music, cultural exchange and a strong emphasis on community.

Alua Tenerife is in the Playa Jardín/Punta Brava side of Puerto de la Cruz. If you are staying elsewhere in town, check how you plan to return after the late-night parties, as several sessions continue until 04:00 or 06:00.

Local Tips for Azembora Festival

If you are staying at Alua Tenerife, almost the entire core programme is on site, which makes the long festival days much easier. If you are staying elsewhere in Puerto de la Cruz, plan your return before the night parties begin, especially on the nights that finish around 06:00.

The hotel is close to Playa Jardín, so the western side of Puerto de la Cruz is the most convenient area if Azembora is the main reason for your visit.
